Main event of OGfest’18 will be held at Dewan Sultan Iskandar (DSI). However, few competitions will be taken place at the Faculty of Chemical and Energy Engineering in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Skudai Johor.

Each university is allowed to have as much participant as they want to send

Yes. Transportation is provided throughout the entire event. However, no transportation is provided for airport transfers and delegates’ free activity.

International delegates are required to stay at Ogfest’18 official accommodation ( Scholar’s Inn UTM-JB ) while local delegates are allowed to stay at other alternatives. Alternative options for accommodation are My Mega Hotel, Hotel Holmes GP, Hotel Austin Paradise etc. However, we strongly recommend delegates to stay at Ogfest’18 official accommodation because no transportation is provided for alternative accommodations.

Delegates are required to prepare Ogfest’18 confirmation letter (issued by online registration), student ID and Identity card ( passport for international delegates )for on site registration purpose.

The registration fee covers for accommodation, transportation and food ( breakfast, lunch and tea break ).

Smart casual dress code applies throughout the event, preferably shirt that symbolise the university you are from.

Yes. Ogfest’18 Liaison Officer ( LO ) will be your guidance throughout the event. He/she will be contacting your team near the event date through messaging app such as WhatsApp, we chat, line etc.

Yes. Delegates are allowed to go outside and explore Johor Bahru city. However, Ogfest’18 will not bear the responsibility.

Sim card for telecommunication in Malaysia such as Hotlink, Digi, Umobile etc can be purchased at the arrival hall of Malaysia Airport or telecommunication shops around JB and UTM JB.
